Newest Life Hack!

I cut out sugary processed creamer! Gut health, brain fog, calories and so many more reasons why! So am I just drinking black coffee? HAYL NAH!


What am I using now? Is it tasty? Creamy? Why make the switch?


Ok so here's the nitty gritty: I am now using Soy Milk and Honey. It's definitely sweet and creamy! Making this switch means I get some extra protein first thing in the morning along with antioxidants, anit-inflammatory, and antibacterial agents!


Honey actually doesn't raise your blood sugar rapidly like white sugar does. It can actually improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Honey is rich in polyphenols and flavonoids meaning it helps protect our bodies against oxidative stress, which can cause cancer, heart disease and other diseases. This miracle sticky substance can also provide antidepressant or anti-anxiety benefits and improve memory! Not to mention, my gut is happy! Honey contains both probiotics and prebiotics, helping good bacteria thrive!


One thing to note, it's important where your Honey comes from. Read the labels. Some "Honey" can be packed with artificial sweeteners. It's best to buy Local and Raw, from a single source.


As for the Soy Milk, buy organic if possible. Check the label, make sure it doesn't contain too much sugar and has an ample amount of protein. Soy Milk can also help improve your cholesterol levels, reduce high blood pressure, fight inflammation, and support weight loss or help with weight maintenance.
