We walk around using our legs, go up stairs and squat to pick stuff up. Our legs get worked out easily from just daily activities. But what do we regularly do with our arms? We hold our phone for way too long, slouched over and practice our 12 oz curls way too often. Working out your upper body and your back are important if you want to have better health, good posture and less lower back pain.
