COACH DAYNA
As a young girl my abundance of energy, contagious smile, and boisterous laugh brought happiness to those around me. It has always been a gift of mine. Being resilient and persevering a unique childhood has helped build my strong character and passion to make a positive impact on the people and the world around me!
I was in my mid 20's when I realized I was no longer that happy-go-lucky girl. I was unhappy in my career, and unhappy in my own skin. I decided to listen to my mind, my body and the Universe, and made the transition from Math Analyst back to Coach.
Dreaming and Doing and helping others find a path to a Healthy, Happy life is my jam!
Life is too short to feel unfulfilled and alone. Community and gentle guidance is everything! If you are seeking a higher energy, please reach out. I have an abundance to share, and I cannot wait to welcome you to Bloom, where everyone is family!
